- Half Marathon, 1:34:25, 25 second PR, and 3rd place medal in women 40-44.
Waterloo Marathon, April 25th, 2010
- 3:29:40, 11 min marathon PR, 7th woman overall, 2nd in women 40-49
Great White North Half Ironman, July 4th, 2010
- 4:48:24, 2:56 course best time, 8th woman overall, 1st in women 40-44.
Heart of the Rockies Olympic Distance, July 2010
- 2:25:53, 3rd woman overall, 1st in women 40-44 AG, Olympic Distance PR by about a minute.
Lake Chaparral Olympic Distance, Aug 8, 2010
- 1st in age group, 4th woman overall. Time is a bit irrelevant for a number of reasons:) I survived!
Strathmore Women's Only Sprint
- Placing and time doesn't matter! The BEST race! Well organized, fun and I loved it!
Kelowna Apple Olympic Distance Triathlon, Aug. 23
- 2:22:03! 8th woman overall. 4th in AG. 2:17 10k best time off the bike! I was THRILLED with this race! I exceeded what I believed I was capable of!
Muskoka 70.3, Sept. 12, 2010
- 5:16:44. 6th Age Group woman overall, 2nd in Age group... very happy with this race! Best time for my 21.1k run split off the bike!
